  David Baldwin, Founder and President of Via Circuits Inc. graduated from DeVry in 1983 and was an Electronic Engineering Technician until 1989 when he began using Pads to design complex prototype printed circuits. In 1995, he formed Baldwin Technologies Inc. to specialize in the sub-contract of Schematic Capture, PCB Design, and PCB Assembly, achieving a reputation for quality, on-time delivery and exemplary customer service. He was the first designer in the state of Arizona to receive his CID Certification on Feb. 02, 1998, participating in the creation and beta testing of the CID+ program in which he received his CID+ certification on Oct. 17, 2001. He has been a continuous member of the IPC Designers Council since 1996.

  In 2005 David sold Baldwin Technologies Inc. as a thriving and prosperous business and continues with Via Circuits Inc. as a sub-contract based design facility for short run printed circuit board design, fabrication and assembly. David is the current Vice President of the Local Phoenix Chapter of the IPC Designers Council.

  David numbers among others, Medtronics, Panaflex, Raytheon, abc, bde and xyz as valued and long time clients providing short turn-around value based design services.
